something wrong with my transparent proxy

Dear Pfsense,
i need to block some website, because of rule in my company. When i'm use proxy server - access control - then input the following website, like :
www.facebook.com
facebook.com
fbcdn.net
after click save, the website can not block by proxy server in transparent proxy mode why
??

Use opendns. Www.Opendns.com. Also check Services>Proxy server: Access control>Blacklist
