How it works? Can somebody tell me how to configure PPTP VPN Client in pfsense to connect to the provider?
My pfsense computer IP is 192.168.18.130, provider IP is 192.168.18.254

In the webgui at Interface>WAN choose PPTP in the dropdown at the top of the page, then enter your PPTP settings around the middle of the page and save. You might need to uncheck "block private IPs at WAN" too as you are in a private range.
This way of connection is not supported as real PPTP tunnel but more or less as a way to identify to the provider afaik. I have no provider using such a connection and it's quite uncommon too.
