Squid transparent proxy

Hello Everyone,
Is there a workaround in squid transparent mode, where in if a certain client is using transparent proxy he/she can still manually set another proxy? is it possible?

This should work as long as the manually set proxy is not on the same port that your transparent Squid is listening on.
