You made all of these changes simply to bring a tunnel back up?

That is way overkill and is not the right way to do so.   You should have only needed to resave the openvpn tunnel that was having issues on either side.

Please post the logs from OpenVPN during the time that the outage occurred so that we can nail down the root of the disconnect.

Thanks for digging into the code and such a detailed report.  It helps quite a bit.

I am quite surprised that anyone has objected to us moving.  Github is really excellent and is going to ultimately make our lives much easier as Bill stated - letting us focus on code and less on hosting.

We have added this driver to 2.0.  Please test a new snapshot and it should be present sometime tomorrow.

Check tomorrow's snapshot.  I am about to commit a fix for this.
