Como configurar o SquidGuard (Proxy Content) para bloquear os sites

Me ajudem nao estou conseguindo configurar o SquidGuard para bloquear sites indesejados pelo WebGUI
ja tentei de tudo, tentei colocar aquela blacklist mas nada funciona preciso de ajuda para configurar
possuo uma rede na empresa.
