Squid com Autenticação no win2003

Pessoal,
Eu instalei o pfsense, e eles com o squid autenticando no windows server 2003, e esta funcionando tudo OK.
Mas eu não consigo bloquear um usuario a acesso a internet.
Exemplo:
....
acl password proxy_auth REQUIRED
acl informatica proxy_auth leandro
http_access deny informatica
.....
Fiz desta forma, mas quanto eu tento acessar com o leandro ele ainda permite o acesso normal mente.
Por favor me ajude!!

tente usar o squidguard e fazer esses bloqueios por ele
