If you provide with the needed information it can be added to pfSense 2.0 http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,10318.0.html

For pfSense 1.2.3 you can use the package Fit123 with it's DDNS if you have the needed string.

for cn99
a simple method like below:
lynx -mime_header -auth=user : pass "http://www.3322.org/dyndns/update?system=dyndns&hostname=myhost.3322.org"

the client for freebsd is here
http://www.3322.org/dyndnspage/ez-ipupdate-3.0.10-freebsd4.8-i386.tgz

for oray
the client for linux at
http://www.oray.cn/peanuthull/download.php?act=down&sys=linux

if they can be added in the next version, then perhaps all the Chinese people will be grateful!

I use the package Fit123 with it's DDNS, and cn99 should like this:
lynx -mime_header -auth=user : pass "http://www.3322.org/dyndns/update?system=dyndns&hostname=myhost.3322.org"

how can I  put them in Fit123's fields?

How can I find more info about Fit123?

It should fit a string like this https://username:password@updates.opendns.com/nic/update?hostname=
AFAIK it's the normal way for those services.

Based on http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,9729.msg55580.html#msg55580
