PPTP and reditrection to web page

Hi All
I am using fpSennse as PPTP server to give clients access to Internet. Most of clients have problem to create PPTP conection on their pc. I would like to create web page with instruction how to create PPTP conection and put it in pdSense. When clіents try to open some page in internet without PPTP connection their browser is redirection to web page with instruction. When clients created PPTP conection and sucessfully login they can use internet without redirection to instruction web page.
