Alix problems - yet another one :) FIXED

I´m trying to get a Alix.2c1 to work - I have follows various guides and flashed a CF card with the embedded release-image.
I´m using the tool from the m0n0wall-site.
When I hook up my board to Putty this is what I get:

And the ### keeps on going with one every 10-20 seconds.

My bios looks like this:

I have tried the m0n0wall image and it boots perfectly, I have also tried a lot of different CF cards, also industrial and Sandisk
and it is always the same result.
