We're looking for someone to get NTOP running stable on PFsense 1.2.3 with out using any 3rd party software like monit to restart the app.
NTOP currently will shutdown after 10 minutes of running.  We have tried editing the permissions
#chmod -R 755 /var/db/ntop
#chown -R nobody:nobody /var/db/ntop)
and NTOP worked for 10 minutes instead of 3 minutes but still quit.

It's probably the same problem everyone has with ntop... it just dies over time.

Do you agree that it's too little information for  bounty? ;-)

It is too little information, but that is probably what they meant, given what they said about "stable" and "monit" :-)

EDIT: He may be better off putting that money toward a support subscription and then requesting this fix via commercial support. Then if the OP's problem is fixed quickly, he'd still have support time left over for the remainder of the year, and access to the portal site, book, autoconfigbackup, etc, etc.
