Exactly what are you wanting to do? It is hard to answer vague questions.

i'm trying to integrate some of pfsense features into the active directory.

for example, i want to make the firewall rules, with-in the active directory, working per user or per computer and not per  ip address. is there a way for this ?

another example : i need to work with pfsense and activ directory in a way that it's AD that is the administrator and the authentication  is made trough active directory and not directly pfsense

the first example is much more important than the second.

thanks for any help

Possibly, with the Captive Portal functionality. If you configure it to authenticate against your active directory you may be able to get it to work.
