http://ipv6-speedtest.net/ is a java-based speed test for v6 connections.

EDIT: and ofcourse http://ipv6.he.net

EDIT II: just got an email from google apps about this one http://ipv6test.google.com

EDIT III: It seems Comcast now has a test site http://test-ipv6.comcast.net/
