pfSense 2.0 RC1 Inbound access problem

Hello All
I had installed and configured pfsense 2.0 RC1 recently.
As of now i had given full outbound ( any any) access and full outbound ( any any) access.
Outbound is working fine without any issues, But i am facing an issue with Inbound access.
I had given ICMP and full access to anyone. But i could not able ping or connect to LAN subnet machines.
Is any kind of Route we need to add or something.
Please help.
