http://ipv6-speedtest.net/ is a java-based speed test for v6 connections.

ipv6-test.com also has a mobile site at http://m.ipv6-test.com

EDIT: and ofcourse http://ipv6.he.net

EDIT II: just got an email from google apps about this one http://ipv6test.google.com
