Hi

Recently upgraded to 2.0 release. Now I can't add hostnames in the following manner: ups.vmg_37 (Take a look at the attached picture)
I can easily do like this: ups_vmg37
I can leave the field empty and go to the "DNS Forwarder". Here I can add ups.vmg_37

Can anyone confirm this, and if, isn't this a bug?

Regards Anders

Hmm, could it be the problem that a dot seperates two domains or domain and host ?

It just wants a hostname in there, not a hostname and "subdomain".

But why? In 1.2.3 you could add hostname.subdomain.
Is there any reasonable reasons that'll explain why they changed that?

Not sure offhand. It may be something that was "fixed" in 1.2.x directly and not done in 2.x.

Edit the page, disable that input validation, see if it still works like you expect.

Ok. Thanks for answering. Unfortunately I do not have the skills to accomplish such an operation:(
