Is it possible to setup a port forwarding rule to follow a computer?

I have a laptop and 50% of the time I am running on wifi.  The other 50% I'm plugged in via ethernet.  I play D&D on Sunday nights and host from my machine.  To do this I have to forward port 1802 to my computer.  I was wondering if I could setup pfsense to forward that port to my machine regardless of which way I'm conection?

This is purely academic as I always run while on ethernet while playing but it would just be good to know.

Please don't spend a lot of time on this.

You can assign the same IP to multiple MACs (with different hostnames). As long as you don't have them both enabled at the same time, that will work fine.
