OpenVPN connection problems with load balancing

i'm using all so pfsense firewall with Peplink balance 30 for load balance and linux server do the vpn.
when i use normal router plug into pfsense firewall wan port and use the firewall ppoe mode the vpn works.
but when using peplink balance 30 my internet load balance works fine but can get vpn to connect
please if someone can help me
