Limiter diagnostics don't update

Running 2.1-BETA1 (i386) built on Thu Jan 3 10:43:19 EST 2013.
Though per host limiters are working fine as expected, Limiter Info Diagnostics just sits there at 'Gathering Limiter information, please wait...'
and wait... and wait... and wait...
It never updates!
Additional note (just discovered): If I hit F5 in the browser (Firefox) it starts updating the display normally.
