I have purchased this device from ebay  for installing PFsense. I need some help in opening the case so that I can remove the HD for pfsense install. I poked around the screws and could not figure out which ones to remove to open the case. I do not have any screws on the sides and there just empty holes. Any help is highly appreciated.

Maybe you haven't removed the screw which is under the warranty shield and cannot be seen. Remove the warrant shield and you will find it.

Looking at this picture:


It looks like just the top panel comes off and slides towards the back initially. I could be wrong though.  Roll Eyes

I haven't opened that box for a couple years now but I don't recall anything special about it. I'll take a look if I get a chance next week. If you have problems getting the drive out once the case is open maybe the pics here would help:

Thank you all for your kind responses. By removing the screw underneath the warrantee laber I was able to open the case.
