Traffic Graph and localhost

I've noticed that when I have clients going thru squid proxy, I don't see their traffic via the Traffic Graph status page. I see it on the WAN interface but this is a total on whats coming/going from the internet. My LAN interface, shows no traffic unless I bypass squid. Localhost isn't a interface within pfSense GUI but nevertheless it is an interface to the system and is used by some packages. Would it be difficult to add this to status_graph.php?
