anyway to limit concurrent connections by IP or MAC?

for example, I want to limit IP, 192.168.10.10 max 50 IP connects, keep rest unlimited, but trafic shapper can't limit by IP or MAC. Is there anyway pfSense can do that way?

Look in firewall rules -> LAN, edit the default firewall rule and click the advanced button.
