You are using the wrong alias for that :)
That is for pointing to a link where a file containing addresses can be fetched.
Can yo uread the note in there please?

What I want to do is block some URLs, but I can not do this by group them in a alias, right?
Problem is that the IPs of the URLs change often.

Is there an other way to block URLs by firewall rules?

a normal host alias accepts domain names.
But it only resolves those domain names nothing down the domain hosts itself.
