This isn't a place to discuss Qotom stock availability.

If you're going to ignore this then I am forced to lock the thread. We have been really patient and supportive of everyone who purchased QOTOM, even though QOTOM and other similar companies continue to break our policies.

Not every topic gets a response, best to be patient about it. Help on our forums is on volunteer basis. You did ask at the right place.

That log doesn't show any connections, just VPN restarting a few times. If you're concerned about security I suggest the following:

- use higher, non-standard ports for VPN
- set up IDS on public facing interfaces
- have pfBlockerNG block access to opened port from countries you don't live it (or just allow your country).

That doesn't sound good, the unit should boot up without issues. Can you please contact our support and reference this thread? You may have to re-install pfSense on the SG-3100. https://customercare.netgate.com/

There's no need for Netgate coreboot update on your system, so it's giving you the generic error / warning.

Is there a way to use pfSense as an IPS.
I set up as ISP Modem>pfSense as Firewall>Switch/LAN.
I  use snort as an IDS on Security Onion port mirroring a couple computers.
I'm wondering if it would be a good idea or makes sense to use a package to make pfSense an IPS.

Snort can detect malicious network traffic like ransomware. I've witnessed wannacry detection by Snort.
