Set the transmit power to 99%. (This is actually 100%: 0-99 = 1-100)

Also i believe i've read somewhere that the iPhone has problems with TKIP, so AES might be worth a try.
We do what we must, because we can.

i think this is a general issue with 1.2.1 due to some wireless card drivers as the wireless client keeps dissociating after a few minutes. my question is will it be solved by using third party drivers in any future release or do i simply stick to 1.2 with the older freebsd version as it works fine with that?

If it works fine with 1.2 then stick with it.  There are no "3rd party" drivers that we can switch to.

And it isnt possible to downgrade to the previous driver (from the 6.3) ?

Is this a common bug in the freebsd or somekind of pfsense specific bug?

Also happens with my Nokia E90

FreeBSD issue.   Install a 7.0 FreeBSD iso and report the problem to freebsd-mobile@
