Can't assign requested address'
« on: February 27, 2018, 12:49:12 pm »
Strange error doesn't seem to affect anything we use to have a cluster of servers but it was always having issues so we no longer do that and have seperate servers but this Ip seems to show up in this log somehow even though we don't have anything on the network with this IP.

/usr/local/www/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.php: The command '/sbin/ifconfig 'bce0' delete ''' returned exit code '1', the output was 'ifconfig: ioctl (SIOCDIFADDR): Can't assign requested address'

Try pinging that address and see if there's a response.  If so, check you ARP cache for the MAC address.  That address can then help to find the hardware.
