Uptime!!
« on: July 17, 2009, 02:46:41 pm »
Wow... I hadn't looked at this box in a while which I had set up for a client. Look at the uptime (437 days) and it hasn't missed a beat. Really great job you all have done and continue to do with pFsense. I'm still waiting for the book. Gonna get one as soon as it's released.

Keep up the great work!!

That's great and all, but you shouldn't still be running 1.2-Release.  1.2.2 was released a while ago, and 1.2.3 is very stable and almost ready for release.

Keep that one powered up doing nothing and build another machine...   But Im betting you got the record about now...    :P

My client machines usually go offline due to extended power outages in the winter so no competition from here...  Besides the maintenance and upgrades...

 ;D

eh, if it's not broke...  ;D Usually, yeah I would recommend staying up to date.

Up until a couple months ago our hosting servers were sitting behind a pre-1.0 install that had been rock solid for years. But we also understand what was broken in that old of a version and didn't use any of that functionality, most people don't have the luxury of being as familiar with the code base as we are.

I attached one someone sent us nearing 800 days.
