« on: January 23, 2014, 02:35:38 am »
i got 2 Symantec SGS1660 routers that have pfsense 2.1-Release loaded on them, both brand new and in original boxes
just opened to install pfsense 2.1-Release $100 each
these have Via C3 at 1.3Ghz , 6 Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports,40G hard drive and a serial console port.

1 Watchguard X5500e , already modified bios installed (Stephenw10) and 2.1-Release installed on a SD card. $100

all of this stuff is Mint and come with rackmount brackets.

Sweet.  I actually have unused Symantec SGS1660 and good to know I can install PfSense on it. :)

Hello. I need to build some protection for my small office prior. Do you think one of these would do what I need? I live in UK. Best wishes

Not those particular machines as they're in the US.
What bandwidth are you handling? Are you planning to run any packages? VPN?

Interested in the Watchguard X5500e - is it still available?
