Verify VoIP Prioritization

Greetings,

I've used the Traffic Shaper Wizard to create the basic rules; however, my VoIP calls sometimes never reach us or gets garbles.  Our cable is set 50 MB down 10 MB up.  I know we have adequate bandwidth, but I need clarification and verification from someone more experienced if I set this up properly.  I'd like to have our VoIP traffic to always have a guaranteed 5 MB of traffic or more (video calls included); we have 10-12 calls active at all times.  Thanks for any pointers in tweaking this.
